Can I return or cancel my order if it is not a quality issue?

1. Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs.

3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

4. You will receive a refund without having to return the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we sent the wrong item or sent the wrong size/printed item.

Can I return an item if it is worn, damaged has been removed?

1. Please only return items that are in the same condition as when you received them- undamaged and unwashed, with tags and packaging still attached.

2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have a non-returnable symbol on them, or for complimentary items.

1. Please do not return the item to the sender's address on the package. This will delay your return process.You can contact our customer service.

2. Please make sure that your return package does not contain any non-Pretty Garden items, or we will not be responsible for sending them back to you.

3、Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or un-altered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items that have been worn, washed or altered are not eligible for returns.
