Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can get a free replacement by contacting the PrettyGarden Service Team within 4 days of receiving the items.

  • Excludes damage caused by artificial factors.
  • Explain which items you would like to return and the reason for it, and attach photo(s) to illustrate quality issues.
Note:

Due to business limitations, we currently only accept returns and exchanges at our overseas warehouse. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges.

Pre-Purchase Advice

  • To save on return costs and time, please confirm the style and size before payment. Contact us if you are unsure about the size chosen, and we will provide size recommendations.
  • Please refer to our sizing chart when making your purchase decision.
  • Due to differences in design and style among items, there might be slight differences in the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from delivery to decide if the item is right for you.
  • Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for swimsuits.
  • We do not accept returns for damage caused by use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Cancellation/Exchange: In order to deliver goods faster, we use a high-quality logistics company. If the package has not been handed over to the logistics company, we can cancel the order free of charge. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled or exchanged.
Note:
  • The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
  • We cannot ensure international shipping times.
  • Please consult your local post office regarding shipping costs.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That address belongs to our shipping agent, not our warehouse.

Processing Returns

  1. Contact us via our Contact Page or email us at service@prettygarden.com with details of the items you wish to return and the reason, and attach photo(s) for quality issues.
  2. After receiving the return address, please package the item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
  4. Send us the tracking number after the return, and we will process the return as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Payment

  • There is no handling fee for returns. Please note: the return shipping fee is borne by the customer unless our product is defective, damaged in quality, or if you received the wrong item.
  • If the product is not received, is defective, or is incorrect, a solution will be provided within 2 working days after the estimated delivery time.
Note:
  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, texture, and differences in color due to monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.

Refund

The refund will be credited back to the account used for payment (credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process).
